Italy and Wai Man & Giovanni's wedding weekend

The kids got to spend a long weekend with Morten's parents and we took off to Italy for a romantic get-away at Lake Como and a beautiful wedding a la Wai Man & Giovanni in Milano!

Was great to be part of their wedding celebration, and to see both of them again!
Great surprise, several of our Hong Kong friends were there as well, so had a great

afternoon and evening together :)

♥ Matilde 1 year old ♥

Our little Matilde has turned one year old and we celebrated her two times, first with the Swedish cousins and then with the Danish ones. The latter was a joint celebration of Matilde and Sofie, who turned 5 years old.

For a week, Morten's sister Anette and cousins Mads & Sofie visited us. Most of the time, we had nice weather and when it was raining (a.k.a. Danish summer weather....), we read books and played with the iPad - thank Godness for digital gadgets ;-)

 

We have a huge swimming pool in the summer house..... ;-)

 





Forgot sunscreen to Matilde... she wasn't to excited about her new outfit for obvious reasons...

Hannah's best friend from Hong Kong visits!

Olivia and her parents Jana & Petr visit us all the way from Hong Kong! Was really great seeing them all again, and to see Hannah & Oli together. For sure, they remember one another and had a really good time.

We managed to spend time at the beach (even though we picked a spot with loads of irritating bugs...), play mini-golf, play 'kubb', play board games (yes, a lot of focus on games :)  ) and of course running around the the yard.

Bubbles was definitely a hit: the older girls blow bubbles and Matilde chased them, everyone excited and happy :)
