Gingerbread cookies

First gingerbread cookies batch for the season. We started out with 10 cookies, took 25 min, and was perfect in terms of attention span :-)

Starbucks in Dhaka!!!

Happy to see the development of the country, as was 2 years since last visit. Lots of new foreign brands present, new flyovers to reduce traffic jams (even though Im sure I spent at least 30 percent of My Dhaka trip stuck in a car...), new restaurangs - and Starbucks!!!

Date night

Our dear friends Anders & Karina generously provided accomodation for a night and Morten & I happily enjoyed 18 hrs on our own :-) Were we surprised waking up at 10am without Any interuptions of kiddos, and could enjoy a quiet b-fast with excellent seaview.

The kids? They were happily home With Nady, having dinner together With the neighbour's kids, also home alone :-)

Could not be away from the girls too long though so they joined the party by lunch time.

Funeral ceremony

Out drivning with hubby and getting stopped for 5 min by a funeral ceremony crossing the street... Took a while for us To understand what it was, and Hannah's assumptions was "-it's Chinese New Year!"

Women Great Eastern Marathon accomplished - yiehoo!!!

Maria from Hong Kong and I signed up during the summer and must admit the closer we Got To the start date, the more I questioned My sanity when signing up... But it was quite fun and of course feeling awesome at the finish Line :-)

Friday baking session

Wanted Some creativity With the girls and decided to bake. I Managed not To assist the actual baking, even though it was hard not interfere :-)

IKEA 💙

Happiness when IKEA has got a shipment of Swedish food!! I basically emptied the store supply on 'julmust', 'gott & blandat' and 'hushållsost' :-)

Most excited over the gingerbread dough though!!

Pedicure

Amazing what a pedicure can so To your kiddos in the morning - happy as could be and no normal 'i dont want To brush My teeth/get dressed/wear school uniforms...' Wonderful :-)

God parents

Hannah's godparents in town, always a big hit!! Except Hannah was too excited To sleep and Managed To stay up until 22:30... Might actually be good as all by myself tomorrow With the kiddos as Morten is in DK and Nady at the Dahlström's residence... :-)
