Mummy's day in Hannah's school :-)

Today was 'Mother's Day' in Hannah's school and of course mummy has to join such a joyful event! Hannah was very excited to have mummy with her, but rather confusing as normally daddy drops her off and leaves, and now, mummy comes along and stays :-) Oh well, she was pretty much a bandage on me for two hours, my cute little Hannah.

We did a lot of activities: baked cookies for the mummies :)  , story time, Mandarin class, snack time, free play... and of course circle time in the end with lots of songs. Both Hannah and mummy had a great time and at least mummy was exhausted afterwards!!

A friend of mine has a studio where you can paint your own pottery and make custom designed jewellery(http://www.myhappysunflower.com/), so we decided that would create great and unique gifts to the grandmas and ourselves :-)

We made 4 coffee mugs with Hannah's hand print & Matilde's foot print, and Hannah got to paint her own bowl. Mummy also ordered two pendants with the daughters' finger prints, can't wait to get them!

A few months ago, we took a family decision to move to Singapore, after Morten was offered a new job within his current company OW Bunker. It was a very difficult decision to take, as we really love our life here in Hong Kong with wonderful friends, great jobs, amazing city and countless of things to do and see - we know what we have but now what we will get.... Anyhow, we made the decision and are now starting to get excited about a new chapter of our lives!

Until we are off to Singapore April 29th, we are as busy as could be, with business- and pleasure trips, dinners, farewell parties, play dates, finishing up current jobs, etc. etc. This weekend definitely not been an exception of our busy schedules with the Rugby 7s in town!!
